The jobs market isn’t as competitive as it once was – 2015 saw a noticeable rise in the number of graduates turning down or reneging on job offers that they had previously accepted.

Figures from, an independent market research company which specialises in student and graduate recruitment research, revealed that this meant over 1,000 graduate positions were left unfilled last year, reducing the graduate intake at almost a third of the UK’s leading employers.

And if prospective employees can pick and choose in this manner, it means employers have to up their game – so is it time your business offered work from home benefits to new recruits?

Let’s not kid ourselves, Apple phone chargers are flimsy and expensive – I’ve not had one iPhone that doesn’t need a new charger after six months – but buying a fake to save a few pounds could prove costly.
