Make sure you don&#8217;t miss the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conferencecall.co.uk\/blog\/what-are-the-last-christmas-post-dates-2019\/\">last postage dates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re shopping online, you&#8217;ll also have to factor in the added risk &#8211; although secure website and payment technology is always improving, hackers and fraudsters are always finding more devious ways to defraud people, and so&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conferencecall.co.uk\/blog\/cyber-crime-and-online-fraud-is-on-the-rise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online fraud<\/a> is still a massive problem.<\/p>\n<p>So, to help ensure you stay safe as you shop online at Christmas, Sainsbury&#8217;s Bank has produced this informative infographic&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Shop safely online this Christmas<\/h2>\n<p>Shopping online is infinitely more convenient than heading out to the high street, but you need to take care when it comes to the websites you&#8217;re using, and how you choose to pay. So, before you commit to buy, always make sure of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The site you&#8217;re using is genuine<\/li>\n<li>The site you&#8217;re using is secure<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re not following a link from an email that could be a fake<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re not connected to a pubic wi-fi network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The infographic below expands on these points, and also offers advice on how to safely shop online using a mobile device, and how to get your money back after a scam (the blog then continues below)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sainsburysbank.co.uk\/money-matters\/shopping-safely-online\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sainsburysbank.co.uk\/~\/media\/images\/money-matters\/infographics\/shop-safely-online.jpg?h=3301&amp;w=700&amp;la=en\" alt=\"Sainsbury\u2019s Bank Visual Guide to Shopping Safely Online\" width=\"700\" height=\"3056\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3mAp6i9j-bg\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>What are the last posting dates before Christmas?<\/h2>\n<p>The last Royal Mail posting dates before Christmas are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Second class mail \u2013&nbsp;<strong>Friday, December 18<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>First class mail \u2013&nbsp;<strong>Monday, December 21<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Royal Mail Tracked 24 \u2013&nbsp;<strong>Tuesday, December 22<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Special delivery \u2013&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday, December 23<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There will be no delivery and collection service from Christmas Eve through to Boxing day, but normal service will resume on Thursday December 27. There will also be no deliveries or collections on New Year\u2019s Eve and New Year&#8217;s Day.
