So, if you conference call with overseas clients, how do you invite all the required participants?<\/p>\n

With ConferenceCall.co.uk, it’s just as easy as inviting employees from your own office.<\/p>\n

When using ConferenceCall.co.uk, inviting international participants is done in much the same way as inviting any participants, simply click on the\u00a0<\/span>‘invite participants<\/a>‘ tab, as highlighted below:<\/p>\n

Then click on the dropdown menu and go to ‘Invitation for International participants’ as shown below:<\/p>\n

This will generate an email template; enter the date, time and subject of the conference call then click the button marked ‘Generate PIN’ – that is the code needed for each participant to join the conference.<\/p>\n

You will also see a list of international dial-in numbers, simply pick the ones from the relevant countries and delete the rest. If the country a client needs to dial in from is not there, use the\u00a0the worldwide dial-in number: +12136039096.<\/p>\n
