How do conference calls work?
Conference calls involve three or more people dialling into the same call at an agreed time and date, using their dial-in number and PIN. Guests can use a range of dial-in numbers to join the call, which can be more cost-effective if they’re dialling in from abroad or using a smartphone, but must all use the same PIN to connect to the correct conference call.
