How do I make a conference call?

You can set up a conference call in three simple steps:

  1. Set up your call – Choose the time and date of your conference call, then go to conferencecall.co.uk and enter your email address to generate your free, personal PIN code.
  2. Invite your participants – Send all participants an invitation, including your PIN along with the time and date of the call, as well as the relevant dial-in numbers. For UK landlines, the number is 0843 373 0843 , while mobiles should dial 83000. Up to 100 participants can be on the call at once, and you can invite them using this email template.
  3. Start your conference call – At the agreed time and date, all participants then just need to dial in and enter your PIN to join your conference call.
