How to invite participants to your conference call
You can use our handy template to invite your participants to your conference call.
Here’s the essential information you need to pass on to all participants:
Date of the call- Time of the call
- Your pincode
- The dial-in numbers
You do not have to book with us or plan anything, your PIN can be used 24 hours a day, as often as you want.
How to invite UK participants
If your conference call is made up entirely of UK-based participants use the invitation below. Participants can then call 0843 373 0843 (landline) and enter your PIN at the agreed time.
